General Safety Instructions
Engine retains extreme heat in operation. Allow
cooling time before performing procedure.
Removal.
a.
(1) Remove and discard four gaskets (1).
(2) Disconnect hose clip (2) and remove air
hose (3).
(3) Matchmark positions of cylinder head (4),
compressor cylinder (5), and crankcase (6).
(4) Remove cylinder head (4), head gasket (7),
compressor cylinder (5), and cylinder
gasket (8). Discard gaskets.
