Compactor set on level ground in protected area.
Engine off
General Safety Instructions
Observe all WARNINGS and CAUTIONS
Fuel is very flammable and can explode easily. To
avoid serious injury or death:
Keep fuel away from open flame or a spark (igni-
tion source).
Keep a least a B-C fire extinguisher within easy
reach when working with fuel or on the fuel system.
Do not work on fuel system when engine IS hot;
fuel can be ignited by a hot engine
Post signs that read NO SMOKING WITHIN 50
FEET when working with open fuel, fuel lines or
fuel tank.

Inspect clamps (4), and brackets (7 and 8) for
damage.

Inspect fuel tank cap (1) for blocked vent hole,
cracked or missing locking tabs

lnspect fuel tank (3) for punctures or chaffing at

Replace any missing or damaged parts
