Secure guide assembly with two capscrews (2)
and lockwashers (3). Tighten capscrews (2) with
torque wrench fitted with 5 mm hex key driver, to
5.8-7.2 ft.-lbs. (8-10 Nm).

Clean guide in dry cleaning solvent and dry thor-
oughly.
3.
Install seal (6) into countersunk bore of guide (4),
taping gently to seat fully in bore.

Install preformed packing (5) on pilot shoulder of
guide (4) and seat fully in groove at base of pilot.

Remove preformed packing (5) and seal (6) from
guide (4).
W A R N I N G
P-D-680, Type III, is moderately toxic to
the skin, eyes and respiratory tract;
avoid prolonged exposure. Skin and
eye protection is required. Good ventila-
tion is required. Do not use near open
flame or excessive heat. Flash point is
200° F (93.3° C).
